Leading a school or Trust can mean dealing with complex challenges where an experienced, independent perspective is valuable.
I provide practical, independent support to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, drawing on more than two decades of education leadership experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Director and, most recently, CEO of a Multi-Academy Trust.
Alongside my consultancy work, I am a serving Ofsted Inspector (since 2022) and continue to work nationally across education through MAT governance, leadership development, professional training and Trust reviews.
